Check in and Check out<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Hostal Caulle has established its check-in hours from 15:00 hrs. Y
\ncheck out until 11:00 a.m.
\nEarly Check in subject to availability and with the following rates:
\n\u2022 From 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.: 50% of the rate
\n\u2022 Before 10 AM: 100% of the rate
\nLate Check out subject to availability and with the following rates:
\n\u2022 Until 3:00 p.m.: 50% of the rate
\n\u2022 After 3:00 p.m.: 100% of the rate
\nThe reception of the hostel works from 07:30 to 22:30.<\/p>\n

individual reservations<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

It is considered individual reservation from 1 to 4 rooms. Our response to
\nreservation request is within the next 24 business hours following the
\nrequest.<\/p>\n

Cancellations for individual reservations<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

In high season (from December 15 to March 03), the cancellation of
\nthe reservation free of charge up to 5 days prior to the arrival of the guest. In low season
\n(March 4 to December 14), cancellation is allowed without charge up to 72 hours
\nbefore the arrival of the guest.
\nIn case of late cancellation, the charge equivalent to the first night will be made
\nof accommodation + VAT, in low season and 2 nights of accommodation + VAT in
\nhigh season. If there is any prepayment or guarantee made by transfer
\nbank account, the refund will be made as long as the cancellation is made within the
\nterms established in each season, and will be reimbursed within a maximum term
\n30 business days.
\nReservations of more than 5 rooms will be considered as groups and quoted
\npunctually, with dead line, special policies and cancellation.<\/p>\n

No show<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Any passenger who does not show up at the hostel on the day of their reservation, will proceed to
\nNo Show charge corresponding to 1 night in low season and 2 nights in
\nhigh season. This payment will be made in pesos and with a national invoice, leaving the
\nactive reservation for the total number of nights reserved only until 09:00 am of the day
\nfollowing the original arrival. This charge will be made to the credit card holder
\nleft in guarantee or to the company that is requesting the reservation in particular.<\/p>\n

Early departure<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Early departures will incur a penalty corresponding to the rate of 1 night
\nin low season and 2 nights in high season if at least 48 hours notice is not given
\nbefore the new departure date. If it corresponds to make a refund of money and its
\nstay was paid by transfer, cash or debit card, the refund
\nwill be made by bank transfer to the account of the owner of the reservation within a period
\nmaximum of 30 business days.<\/p>\n

Warranty<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

A bank transfer or credit card will be requested to guarantee your reservation,
\nto which a retention will be made for the value of one night in low season and two
\nnights in high season, in case you cancel your reservation within the deadline
\nallowed, the guarantee will be refunded within a maximum period of 30 business days.
\nCompanies and agencies without credit, must make the prepayment of the 100% of the total amount
\nof the reserve. The maximum term for said payment is 5 days before the date of
\nguest arrival. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled.
\nCompanies or agencies with credit must send a voucher or email, which will guarantee
\nthe reservation and will be attached to the issued invoice.<\/p>\n

Children Policy<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

One child up to 3 years 11 months, free of charge, sharing a bed and room with their
\nfathers. additional children or older than 4 years pay as an additional passenger, subject
\nto availability and conditions of the hotel. Cribs available at no cost, upon request and
\nsubject to availability.
\nAdditional Passenger
\nRates contemplate a maximum of:
\n\u2022 1 Pax Single room
\n\u2022 1-2 Pax Double rooms
\n\u2022 2-3 Pax Triple rooms (Except room 14 that can accommodate
\nup to 4 pax.)
\nAdditional passengers to that capacity, who are not within the children's policy,
\nthey must pay an additional supplement of 30% of the value of the rate, sharing beds
\nand existing furniture. It is not possible to add an additional bed.<\/p>\n

Breakfast<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

The rate includes breakfast service served on the third floor of the hostel, all
\ndays from 08:00 to 10:30 AM, it is granted after spending the night in the Hostel.
\nDue to the health crisis caused by COVID 19, the breakfast service has been
\nimplemented in such a way that guests do not have contact with utensils
\nsuch as sugar bowls, milk jugs or the like, the tables will be set up with everything
\nwhat is necessary for their consumption, we will only serve bread to the table according to what
\nrequire. The maximum capacity for the breakfast place is 20 people in Phase 4.<\/p>\n

groups<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Reservations of 5 or more rooms as a Group and will be treated with the following
\npolicies:
\n\u2022 Date and availability is guaranteed with payment of 50% of the total, not
\nrefundable in case of cancellation.
\n\u2022 In case of change of dates, the payment will be respected for the new reservation
\nprovided that the change is made at least 20 days in advance.
\nSubsequent changes lose the subscription.
\n\u2022 Balance of the 50% must be paid at least 96 hours before the payment of
\nthe passengers.
\n\u2022 Final number of passengers will be closed 5 days before the entry of passengers
\nand may not have a variation greater than 20% with respect to the number initially
\nquoted. After that period, the number can increase, but not decrease.
\n\u2022 The contracting entity will be responsible for any damage incurred by the
\nguests of the Group, including damage to the property, bedding and all
\nproperty, Hostal Caulle reserves the right to request a credit card
\ncollateral credit.<\/p>\n

Anti-tobacco law<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

** Hostal Caulle is a hotel establishment in which and according to the Law
\nAnti-tobacco in force N\u00b020660, it is forbidden to smoke in its premises, the
\ncompliance with this Law empowers Hostal Caulle to make the respective complaint
\nto Carabineros de Chile or PDI.
\n** Hostal Caulle is adhered to the Code of Conduct for the Prevention of
\nCommercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents in the context of
